Nside Jokes LLC operates nsidejokes.com and related store services. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you browse, place an order, request a custom design, join a mailing list, contact us, or otherwise interact with the store.

·         Payment information processed by Shopify and payment providers. Nside Jokes generally receives transaction confirmation and limited payment details rather than a complete card number

·         Customer content, including text, photographs, logos, artwork, messages, reviews, and instructions submitted for customization or support

·         Device and usage information, including IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and interactions with the store

·         Marketing preferences and information about how you respond to emails, advertisements, promotions, and social content

How We Use Information

·         Process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, provide proofs, manage returns, and provide customer service

·         Create, produce, and quality-check personalized products and packaging

·         Operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the store and customer experience

·         Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, prohibited activity, and violations of our terms

·         Send transactional messages and, with consent where required, marketing communications

·         Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, protect rights, and resolve disputes

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers and partners that support store operations, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment and printing vendors, cloud and security providers, analytics providers, marketing platforms, professional advisers, and customer support tools. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising, analytics, or cookie activity may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where required, we provide controls to opt out of those activities.

Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide commerce, checkout, security, analytics, and related services. Shopify may process information in countries other than where you live. Shopify's own privacy notices explain its processing and consumer controls.

Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect processing already completed or information needed for an active order.

Customer Artwork and Personalization

We use customer-submitted content to review requests, create proofs, produce approved products, provide support, prevent disputes, and maintain business records. Do not submit content you are not authorized to use. Customer content may be shared with production and fulfillment vendors only as needed to complete the requested work or as otherwise described in this policy.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, maintain transaction and tax records, support customers, protect the business, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. We may keep deidentified or aggregated information where permitted by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and our operations. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized activity.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction or objection to certain processing, and an appeal of a denied request. Children

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate. The adult-only section is intended only for visitors who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher.
